There is nothing like a cool gentle breeze on a hot summer's day. You might not be able to see it, but to feel the refreshing air rush over you can give your tired and exhausted spirit a much needed lift.
Sometimes it can be the same in our spiritual walk. We can be dry. Stagnate. In deep need of a spiritual lift. Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to work on the hearts of all who are willing, so that they too could be refreshed and lifted up.
